Unfortunately due to politics, North Cyprus has not been on the tourist map for a number of years, but recent political developments seem to be changing all that now. It has only been the southern part of the island that has been discovered by British tourists, but the negative outcome has been higher prices and over commercialization. That is what makes the North so interesting as the cost of land is cheaper and it has been virtually untouched by the tourism industry, so you can see why it won’t take long for the developers to move in.

Most people who are not in the property market don’t understand what the term “Buy to Let” means. Well it’s simple you buy the property and everything has been completed you rent to it out to anyone who wants to stay in your property. The main thing you have to think about when you’re doing this is make sure your rent covers your mortgage payments.

As far as religion is concerned, North Cyprus remains neutral and this has developed it into a very cosmopolitan region. After Sardinia and Sicily, Cyprus is the 3rd largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and it can be positioned at about 65 km south of Turkey. Other countries close by to Cyprus include Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Israel and Greece.
